NH Navigator, an initiative of the Foundation for Healthy Communities, offers FREE and unbiased assistance to Granite Staters navigating public health insurance options. Whether people are looking into NH Medicaid/CHIP or the ACA Marketplace, the CMS-certified navigators provide personalized eligibility, affordability and enrollment support. Navigators are available to assist people by phone, virtually or in-person, ensuring everyone makes the best choice for health coverage. This project is supported by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) as part of a financial assistance award totaling $1.5 million with 100 percent funded by CMS/HHS.
